The As For Football Army Football Show Army-Navy Interviews, Part 1 Play Episode Pause Episode Mute/Unmute Episode Rewind 10 Seconds...
Captain Cons joins us this week to talk about Army’s season, playcalling, weapons in the passing game, and the upcoming Army-Navy Game. We then break down Army’s invitation to play in the Fenway Bowl and talk a bit about the impending match-up with UConn. We close the top half of the show with a little Roundtable action as Triggered Joe joins us to hand out a very special Blue Falcon of the Week.
After the break, we dive deep into the numbers on Army-Navy. We preview the Squids’ offense, defense, and special team and discuss what the Black Knights must do to pull an upset this weekend in Baltimore. We close the show with a little Fact or Fiction and with a brief discussion of our plans for USAA’s Media Row this coming Friday morning and afternoon.

Army got a big win in San Antonio to close the season bowl-eligible and head into Army-navy with some real momentum.
This week, we talk about the big win over UTSA, hand out our Weekly Awards, and speculate on then let Omar speculate at length about bowl destinations. We then preview the American Conference Championship Game and talk through some of the coaching chaos hitting the conference.
We close with a little Fact or Fiction and a quick dip into the Mailbag.

Rob, Triggered Joe, and Omar talk about all the happenings in college football and get you ready for The Game and the rest of Rivalry Weekend.
This week: Army took a tough home loss on Senior Day to Tulsa. James and Dan talk about what went right and where it all fell apart and discuss the difference between playcalling mistakes and simple execution errors when a game comes apart in the fourth quarter. We close the top half of the show with a brief discussion of Army’s chances at a bowl game.
Then we’re on to UTSA! The Roadrunners have a GREAT team, at least at home. We preview the game and talk about what has to happen for the Black Knights to have a chance this week. Then it’s time for Fact or Fiction and, of course, a few questions from our Mailbag.

Another crazy week of college football has come and gone. Dan and Rob break it all down this week, putting particular emphasis on all the upsets in the Top 25. We review the service academy results, run through the Top 10, and talk a bit about the Secretaries Cup.
Then: Which teams got caught looking ahead?
Later: We preview Week 13’s games and, of course, give our patented Locks of the Week. We then close the show with a brief discussion of the Army-Navy uniform match-up.
This week: Rob, Dan, and Omar open the show with talk about the new Army-Navy uniforms, celebrating 250 years of service to the nation. We then talk about this week’s American Conference results and wonder if the conference will get that coveted College Football Playoff spot.
After the break, we preview the big game against Tulsa. The Black Knights can get bowl eligible with a win! We then close with a dip into the Mailbag.
Week 11 saw another week of crazy college football action. Rob, Joe, and Dan break it all down, review the service academy results, talk through the College Football Playoff Top 10, and review all the Top 25 losses.

In the second half of the show, the crew previews the American Conference games, runs through the biggest match-ups of the week, and of course, gives you their Weekly Locks.
The Black Knights got a MONSTER win this week over a much improved Temple team. The crew dives deep into it this week, talking about what worked and how they’d like to the team improve. They then hand out awards for their players and plays of the game.
