This week: Army gets bowl eligible, Air Force reclaims the Falcon-Ram Trophy, and Navy gets a much-needed week off. Plus, Oklahoma went down, ‘Bama passed Cincy in the AP Poll, UTSA stayed perfect, and the Merchant Marine Academy reclaimed the Secretaries Cup.
